How to place an order?

"Virtual shopping" in our e-Holster Store is modeled after your own "real world" shopping experiences. The "virtual aisles" in our store are the web pages that you move through online to find the products of your choice. The "virtual shopping cart" which you "push with your mouse" is called My Cart and you can add or delete products from your virtual shopping cart just like in the "real world".

To Begin Your Virtual Shopping Experience In the e-Holster Store Follow These Steps:

  1. Click on one of the left-hand side navigation buttons (e-Holster, e-Pouch, e-BeltPouch or accessories) to enter the store.
  2. Once inside the store you can click on (push your shopping cart to) one of the Product Description links to look at/find out more information about the product(s) of your choice.
  3. AFTER you have looked at the product after going into the product information area if you want to purchase that product click the "Order" button which basically puts that product in your virtual shopping cart. Be sure to select e-Pouch sizes if available.
  4. AFTER you have added a product to your shopping cart you will be taken to a page that will allow you to view your shopping cart. From here you can add or remove items from the shopping cart by clicking the "Update Quantities" button (now you are almost at the Checkout Area in the real world).
  5. From this point you can then look at other products by clicking on the Product Description links and you can add more products to your shopping cart. Each transaction will be done exactly as described above.
  6. When you press the Checkout button with your mouse you are taken to the virtual checkout area.
  7. At virtual checkout area there are six steps to placing your order:
    1. Review your shopping cart and make any changes necessary.
    2. Choose or create a shipping address.
    3. Select your desired shipping method. Then click the "Continue" button.
    4. Review your shopping cart with shipping/tax added.
    5. Enter your payment method.
    6. Click "Place Order" to submit your order.
  8. The e-Holster Store will immediately send you an order confirmation via e-mail.

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept Yahoo!'s PayDirect.

Is credit card information submitted during online transactions secure?

Absolutely. This site uses secure server software (SSL). It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Customer Information Policy?

Personal Electronics Concealment, LLC, the parent company of the e-Holster does not share, sell or trade e-mail address information with other companies. Our policy is to protect this information and use it for communication purposes only. To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of new product additions to the E-Holster. If at any time you would like us to delete your information please feel free to contact us.

Will e-Holster send an order confirmation e-mail?

Yes, an order confirmation will be sent out immediately upon conclusion of your online transaction.

How are shipping and handling charges calculated?

Our scale of shipping and handling charges scale is based on product weight. A e-Holster Professional Leather weighs about 1 pound. We charge $6.95 for the first pound and roughly $3.00 for every additional pound. For example if you purchase one e-Holster your shipping and handling charge will be $7.95.

Shipping Vendor Selection?

We ship all e-Holster products via UPS, FedEx and sometimes USPS (PO Boxes and APOs).

Returns?

We will gladly accept returns within thirty days of purchase (shipping not included). Please include your name, address, and phone number via insured mail, UPS, or FEDEX.

Damages?

To repair or replace an item please return it to us with a description of the repair or replacement needed. Include your name, address, and phone number. Please send the item via insured mail, UPS or FEDEX.

What is your guarantee?

Personal Electronics Concealment, LLC offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty on all our e-Holster products. Personal Electronics Concealment, LLC warrants to the original purchaser that its e-Holster products will be free from manufacturers defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This lifetime limited warranty does not cover defects from product misuse, product neglect, product abuse, product tampering, product alterations, unauthorized product repairs, and damage while in transit to e-Holster. This warranty lasts as long as the original purchaser owns the product. Coverage terminates if the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product. Further, this warranty does not cover any consequential damage to a person or property other than the product purchased.

If my leather or ballistic nylon e-holster pouches or harness become soiled, how can I clean them?

For the leather units, merely wiping with a clean, dry cloth should handle most maintenance. If needed, acquire a good quality saddle soap and follow the package directions for its use. Never force the drying of the pouches or harness by exposing to heat, etc. Let them dry naturally, perhaps with a fan blowing across them. Heat can cause leather to shrink, crack, etc., just as with a fine pair of shoes or boots. If the harness requires any maintenance, the same treatment should handle it.

Is it possible that someone might mistake my e-Holster system for a weapons carrying system?

Anything is possible. And it is conceivably possible that a police or security person might think that your e-Holster system was for carrying a weapon. For that reason, common sense might dictate that you not wear the system in areas where high security might be a concern. With the e-Holster system worn openly, only someone extremely concerned about the presence of a weapon (and, who is totally unfamiliar with the e-Holster system) might mistake your e-Holster for a weapons carrying system. It is when the e-Holster system is worn under a covering garment and an item of personal electronic equipment reached for suddenly or quickly that such a mistake might conceivably be made.

Why a shoulder holster rather than wearing personal electronics on my belt?

We don't always wear belts, and items worn at the belt with traditional belt attachment mechanisms can prove confining, uncomfortable, awkward to reach, etc. It was after careful consideration and serious personal electronics ergonomics research that the e-Holster shoulder holster was developed.

However, for those times when you might wish to dismount one or both e-Pouch units from the e-Harness and wear them at belt level, e-Holster provides an inexpensive and convenient accessory called the e-Pouch Belt Attachment which allows the e-Pouch units to almost instantly convert for belt carry. How do I adjust the e-holster to precisely fit myself?

It's really very simple and takes only a few moments. And, after adjustment, simply put the e-Holster system on as you would an item of clothing, no additional adjustments necessary. For any additional help, in the unlikely event that it is needed, contact e-Holster Customer Service.

What if I should lose one of the adjustment buttons for the harness or a D-Ring from one of the pouches, are they replaceable?

These are standard parts and may be ordered directly (as complete sets) from Customer Service for a very modest charge. The likelihood of your losing either of the items in question is, however, extremely remote.

How long should I expect my e-Holster system to last under regular use conditions?

We haven't been able to wear one out yet! Typically, shoulder holster systems used by police, plainclothesmen and detectives will last for years and years, subjected to much harder wear than your e-Holster will likely ever see. We build the e-Holster to last and serve your needs reliably.

Is the e-Holster available in other colors besides black?

At this time the e-Holster is only offered in black.
