e-Uro a Carry-All Case System Utilizing a Modular Personal Electronics
Case System Enables Men & Women to Hide The Wires and Quickly, Easily and
Comfortably Wear, Protect and Use Their Choice of Personal Electronics
ATLANTA - (04/10/2002 9:00 A.M. EST) e-Uro an over-the-shoulder,
across-the-chest, "carry all" case system with an internal, wire-hiding,
conduit system provides a new way for anyone to wear their cell phones, PDA's,
handheld personal computers, digital cameras, MP-3 recorders and the like is
now being introduced by Personal Electronics Concealment, LLC, (PEC, LLC). PEC,
LLC is the company that created the patent pending, e-Holster the original shoulder-holster
case system for personal electronics.
Designed for the electronics-user on-the-go, the e-Uro allows the user
to quickly select and wear the devices of choice, day-to-day. Unlike existing
electronics cases that have to carry multiple devices by hand, the e-Uro
is designed to be worn casually over a shoulder for quick and easy access to
any electronic device. And with the unique internal wiring conduit the e-Uro
is great for bus riders, subway riders, bicyclists, and anyone else that wants
hands-free access to their personal electronics devices.
Conceal Your Hands-Free Wires
"As many states have made it illegal to drive and talk on a cellular phone
without a hands-free headset," stated Tom Traeger CEO of Personal Electronics
Concealment, "the task of managing the cumbersome hands-free headset wires
has become somewhat of a burden and might possibly be dangerous. The exciting
new e-Holster e-Uro is designed with an internal, wire-hiding, conduit
system," continued Traeger, "to secure, manage and conceal those cumbersome
hands-free headset wires for cellular phones, MP3/CD players or other devices."
The hands-free headset wire is inserted into a cellular phone (or other electronic
device), placed into the protective e-Pouch, run the up the underside
of the e-Uro through the specially designed wire-hiding, conduit system
and then out through the top, close to the wearer's ear. From there the hands-free
headset earpiece can be easily inserted into the ear. Traeger added, "No
more fumbling around with your hands-free headset wires - this is the next incarnation
of the original e-Holster."
It's Completely Modular
The e-Uro is designed to "evolve" and adapt to the reality of
constant state of change in personal electronics by enabling consumers to "wear"
both their present and future personal electronics. As a personal electronics
owner's electronics evolve over time the "modular design" of the e-Uro
case system enables its owner to almost endlessly modify the personal electronics
they would prefer to wear, that hour, that day, that week. This evolutionary
capability is achieved by a simple, but functional design which enables connecting
the adjustable e-Uro Strap to any e-Pouch case which are each designed
to either be used alone or to be used like building blocks, one attaching to
another. This unique "building block" modular design enables the owner
to add a PDA when they are travelling, delete the PDA when they return from
their trip, add a digital camera for a day at the race track, ad infinitum.
Create a PAN
Based upon the revolutionary, patent pending design of the e-Holster case system,
the e-Uro collaborates with its owner's body and their personal electronics
to provide the "physical infrastructure" required to create a comfortable
and fully mobile personal area network (PAN).
New Available Products
All e-Uro models will include one adjustable e-Uro Strap made of
metallic gray vinyl and black rubber-like material with a texturized, non-slip
material under the shoulder area and a choice of one or more e-Pouch cases.
The e-Uro line will feature three new models; the EUPG (e-Uro Professional
- for Wireless Phone and PDA) model with a suggested retail price of $53.85,
the EUWPG (e-Uro for Wireless Phone) model, and the EUPDAG (e-Uro
for PDA) model both with a suggested retail price of $35.90.
Part of the Modular e-Holster® Personal Electronics Case System
Since all e-Uro models are part of the modular, patent pending e-Holster
personal electronics case system, users that purchase any of the e-Uro
models can upgrade their e-Uro model by purchasing and attaching additional
e-Pouch cases for two or more (we recommend only two - but the system
will accommodate more) personal electronic devices such as cellular phones,
PDA's, digital cameras, and handheld personal computers. Current owners of e-Holster
products can purchase an e-Uro Strap to attach their existing e-Pouch
cases to. Users may also detach their e-Pouch cases from their e-Uro
Strap and wear it on both shoulders with an e-Harness Leather accessory,
or on their belt with an e-BeltSnap accessory, or on one shoulder with
an e-ShoulderStrap accessory (all sold separately).
The entire line of e-Uro models are designed to be unisex, one-size-fits-all
and are available only in metallic gray. All e-Uro models are ambidextrous,
equally accommodating both left and right-handed users. All e-Pouch cases
are modular and can be added, deleted or moved from side to side simply by snapping
and unsnapping from the e-Uro Strap. Each e-Pouch case can be adjusted
on the e-Uro Strap and the e-Uro Strap itself can be adjusted to
meet not only the users specific needs but anatomy as well.
