Shopping Guarantee
The eholster.com Safe Shopping Guarantee protects you while you shop at
eholster.com, so that you never have to worry about credit card safety. Period.
We guarantee that every transaction you make at eholster.com will be 100%
safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your
card as a result of shopping at eholster.com.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more
than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any
of this $50.00, eholster.com will cover the entire liability for you, up to
the full $50.00. eholster.com will cover this liability only if the unauthorized
use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases
made at eholster.com while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized
use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance
with its reporting rules and procedures.

through our online store, go to checkout and select "Offline Payment".
This will e-mail you a copy of your order that you can print out and fax to
our order fax number. Or, you can call our toll free 800 number to place your
order.

Lifetime Limited Warranty
Personal Electronics Concealment, LLC warrants to the original purchaser that
its e-Holster products will be free from manufacturers defects in material
and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This lifetime limited warranty
does not cover defects from product misuse, product neglect, product abuse,
product tampering, product alterations, unauthorized product repairs, and damage
while in transit to e-Holster. This warranty lasts as long as the original
purchaser owns the product. Coverage terminates if the original purchaser sells
or otherwise transfers the product. Further, this warranty does not cover any
consequential damage to a person or property other than the product purchased.
Return Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your product you may return it for any reason
for a full refund. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result
of our error.
Shipping Options and Charges
We trust in FedEx, UPS, and USPS for all our deliveries. Review the chart
below for details on our shipping options and their associated costs (all
costs based on a 1 pound weight - costs will increase as more products are
purchased).
Most Ground, Overnight, 2 Day, and 3 Day orders that are received before 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 3:00pm EST will be shipped the following business day.

Payment Options
We currently accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. We also accept PayPal.
We accept money orders and/or cashier's checks, and personal checks. To order using one of these methods, place the items you wish to purchase in the shopping cart, go to checkout, enter shipping information, then print out the next page and mail it to us with your check. Once the check clears we will send your product (usually 5-10 business days for out of state personal checks).
International Orders
We accept international orders with international credit cards as long as the verification code from the back of your credit card can be entered. We can also accept international payment via PayPal. For all international orders duties/customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
