How to Assemble, Wear, and Care for Your e-Holster

How to Assemble

1) Lay the e-Harness down flat on a table with the plastic logo coupler facing up. The two right side leather straps (top and bottom) should be facing right, while the left side straps should be facing left.

2) Choose which case you want on each side of the e-Harness (we recommend the most commonly used case be placed on the left side, if you're right-handed).

3) Place a case on the left side of the harness. The d-rings (plastic "D" shaped rings on back of case) should be facing in toward the logo.

4) Insert the top strap over and into the bottom d-ring of the case. Pull the strap through until the d-ring meets the third hole on the strap. Fold under so rivet meets the fifth hole in the strap.

5) Insert the rivet into the fifth hole in the strap. Insert like a shirt button - bottom edge in first (place thumb under the side of the hole that the rivet is to be pushed through), and then push through from the bottom.

6) Repeat steps 4-5 on the bottom strap.

7) Repeat steps 4-6 on the right side of e-Harness.

How To Wear

Place both of your arms through the e-Harness (be sure the e-Holster logo is in front and upside-down), lifting your arms in the air while the e-Holster slips comfortably over your shoulders and back. To insure that your e-Holster fits you properly please follow the simple directions for checking for the proper fit.

Adjusting the e-Harness

To insure a comfortable fit make sure that you look at yourself in the mirror after you have put on your e-Holster for the first time to see that the e-Pouchä cases are riding properly in relation to your body (roughly 1-1/2 palms width from under your armpit). If you find that one or both of the e-Pouch case(s) is riding either too low or too high take the e-Holster off and adjust the position of the e-Pouch case(s).

1) For each e-Harness strap remove the black plastic rivet from the front side of the e-Harness.

2) Then move the rivet up or down the leather strap to adjust the size.

3) Insert the rivet in the hole that best suits your needs.

4) Repeat for all four straps. Be sure that you move the rivet the same number of holes for each strap.

Moving or adding an e-Pouch case

Each e-Pouch case is designed to be ambidextrous so you can use them on either side of your body. This means if you want your cell phone on your left side it's easy, just move it. Also each e-Pouch case has the ability to have another e-Pouch case added to it so that you can wear up to two e-Pouch cases per side at one time (you can try more, we recommend two per side). You can also wear your e-Pouch case(s) with an e-BeltSnap to wear on your belt, or an e-ShoulderStrap to wear on a single shoulder (purchased separately).

Moving an e-Pouch case

1) Unsnap the e-Pouch case from the e-Harness by unsnapping the leather d-ring straps on the back of your e-Pouch case.

2) Move the case to the opposite side.

3) Insert e-Harness d-rings into the d-ring straps.

4) Snap the d-ring strap closed.

Adding an e-Pouch Case

1) Unsnap the e-Pouch case from the e-Harness by unsnapping the leather d-ring straps on the back of your e-Pouch case.

2) Place the bottom leather d-ring straps through the d-rings of the new e-Pouch case that you're adding.

3) Snap the d-ring straps closed.

How To Care

Care of either the leather or ballistic nylon e-Holster is very minimal, in fact very much like the care you will provide to a wallet, purse, belt or other personal accessory. If your e-Pouch case or e-Harness should become soiled the case can merely be wiped off with a damp cloth then allowed to air dry.

For the leather cases, if needed, acquire a good quality saddle soap and follow the package directions for its use. Never force the drying of the e-Pouch cases or the e-Harness by exposing to heat, etc. Let them dry naturally, perhaps with a fan blowing across them. Heat can cause leather to shrink, crack, etc., just as with a fine pair of shoes or boots.
